Terrible service

Firstly after having paid Vetus Schools to connect out alarm but stopped working I continued to pay via debit order for months while It was not working. I have been calling and emailing for 3 months asking for a technician. I was promised so many times a technician would come or they would get back to me. I eventually had no choice but to cancel as I was paying for a service that was not working. This is the 4th month now they are billing me and dispute the emence amount of time wasted trying to get them to come and fix my alarm with unmet promises , I now have to waste time disputing and getting a reverse and refund via the bank dispute having cancelled their service. Secondly if you try phone them in an emergency you have through a switchboard. Often when trying to call the reception your hold time was exceptionally long and on many occasions it just cut off. Disgusting service!
