Brilliant Customer Service Training

I recently attended customer service workshop with Lionel Bourgeois and was blown away by his energy, expertise and level of knowledge on the subject. This is not the first workshop I have attended and the courses offered have helped me improve and grow in my work life. This company has been around for over 21 years and I really appreciate the difference Lionel is making in the lives of so many.
