Not willing to refund.

This chain store breaches the Consumer Protection Act: Chapter II,section1b by not providing refunds. They do offer vouchers however but any amount not used on the voucher after use are lost. Vets Mart also acts against the product satisfaction guarantee of the brands they sell namely Hill's Pet Nutrition Science Plan by not honouring their Hills money back guarantee promise. Also refunds are not done on weekends as per head office and you have to come in during the weeks.<br> <br> The staff however is very friendly and helpful even when placed in the awkward possession of being confronted about the complete disregard for South African law by their employers.
