Incorrect price tag

<p>Vets Mart Waterstone village somerset west. My wife took a dog treat out there trays in store, when she got to the till they charged her twice the price as the marked tray. Paying for the item and receiving her change she saw she was overcharged. She asked the lady behind the counter and she said sorry we don't have labels for these items they are more expensive. </p> <p>My wife walked out and told me the story. I didn't accept the overcharge and went back into the store. I asked for a refund and the store attended said sorry sir we don't do refunds. I demanded she refund me and after waiting 30min in her store phoning head office for a refund approval I had received my money back. Becareful of vets mart waterstone village centre! You are miss leading your clients and your after sales response is poor and unethnical. </p> <p>I've taken pictures of the tray price, invoice and the refund as proof. </p>
