Bad dog food

I contacted dr Botha re a bag of dog food which is bleak and white without the oily coating of the correct dark coloured food. Botha sms'd me that he is unreachable. Two weeks later I tried again but then he did not even respond.<br> <br> This has happened before when the food had worms in it even though the used by date was a year away and the bag was kept unopened until the day I wanted to feed my dogs. Botha sent his son to replace the food and apologised profusely. <br> <br> It seems VetsBrands has a quality control problem and I advise everybody not buy their products until it is sorted.<br> <br> The food is only available on order thru vets.
