Shocked by Vet

I was spoken to so badly this afternoon by the secretary Sam who works at Reena Cottons veterinarian hospital in Sea Point Cape Town. After making an appointment this morning for my dog who has been back to them a few times for the same recurring ear infection, ( which has cost me ) after them canceling last minute and having to listen over the phone to Sam scream at me because I questioned her bad attitude, I Will NEVER return. She wouldn't even let me talk, as I tried to explain I was terribly worried about my dog as his ear is now bleeding, no help was given to my dog or about somewhere else she could suggest I go after canceling so late! I tried to explain I had left work to go and fetch him, and explained I felt this very unprofessional and that I was actually quite horrified as to how I was being spoken to.. I now have an appointment with Kloof vet, who were so helpful. You would think people working with animals would actually give a damn about their health. Shocked animal *****! <br>
