Not paying damages!!!!

During my trip to Cape Town in December, I decided to overnight at VETMUIS KAROOHUIS in Richmond.<br> <br> My vehicle was badly damaged by one of the staff members when a gate was not secured. The hooks to secure the gate, was not used resulting in the gate slamming back into my car a couple of times. <br> The \manager""; which in turns talks her way around it. <br> This led me to believe they were buying time until the time period for claims expired. The stories I heard being used as excuse; just had me shaking my head. They were not even willing to refund me my stay and expected from SAFARINOW to do just that. WELL I NEVER!! VETMUIS KAROOHUIS expects the company they advertise their establishment through;to take responsibility? Just goes to show. """
