Unprofessional

This veterinary clinic is absolutely disgusting ! I had taken my dog to these people a few years ago for the treatment of my dog . I had an outstanding bill of which I paid in abit late but in full , after paying this bill in full they still handed me over and placed judgement on my name . I queried this and provided them with my invoice stating that I had made the Payment , in turn the accounts department apologizes and advised that they don't know how they let that slip. I then went back to them years later and asked them to see to one of my dogs and on my account , they saw to her but refused to do treatment without a deposit of 2000 of which the veterinarian was so rude to me telling me about the billions of rands that they were in debt for absolutely demeaning saying that I had been handed over before. I explained that that had been an error on their side , he then says o well I paid it late else there would not have had this issue. Disgusting behavior I walks out and treated my dog elsewhere !! I would never recommended this place to anyone !
