This is a review for the Pietermaritzburg Town Bush Road branch.

After "seeing" to my pup 16 September 2023 (11am), I had to rush him to the Hilton vet (7pm) as his tongue was turning blue, he later passed on 12 hours later, he had a raptured heart vessel and fluid in his lungs. Not the first time I lost a pet due to oversight - don't appreciate the charge for a "consultation" when I had emailed them about my pup passing on, I even asked them to contact Hilton Vet for the report to confirm the story. 8 hours could have saved his life if the proper tests were done.

In 2007 when I took my first pup to them and asked if a lump on his tummy was cancerous they assured me it wasn't, in 2012 they informed me that it was cancerous and nothing could be done because of his age now (16), and now this year they missed Charlie's issues and he lost his life due their inability to do proper checks, these guys are 2 for 2 now, I don't recommend using these guys as clearly they are not interested in the animals but money as they are still charging me for killing my dog.
