overcharging all the time

I went to the vet on Monday, 23rd of February to purchase food for my cat. The lady charged me R215 for a bag of 1.5kg Metabolic Advanced weightloss solution. When i told her its so expensive, she loudly and embarrassingly responded in front of all the customers that the price of bread goes up all the time and we don't complain. And the price will be going up next month. <br> Today, 28th February, my mum called to enquire how much it is and she said that the price is R159. The thing is that every time we go there she gives us different price, and she is very rude, snobbish, arrogant and stuck up no matter how friendly you are. It's disgusting! We are forced to buy our cats food from that vet simply because pet stores don't keep prescription diet food
