schocking food, even worse service!

We booked a table for two, Got seated next to a customer with a small dog inside the restaurant! Waiter forgot our drinks order, served us our pizza without a knife to cut it. We ordered a gluten free pizza for two, the base was frozen and the toppings slid off, was horrible! Then when I wanted to leave, my waiter stood outside chatting for 15 mins and had to ask manager to just print my bill to get out there. No one ever apologised, and just greeted us as we left. Absolute waste of money!
