Pathetic service

Very poor service. I purchased and item from the website. I have not received my goods to date. I have sent numerous emails regarding the status of my order and have not received a response. Contacted the website telephonic ally however the number is transfered to a voicemail box. Obtained website owner details (Irfan) ********** 712 who promised to assist. To date no assistance was provided regarding the status of the order and no refund provided. Further attempts were made to contact the above mentioned number who fails to answer and respond to calls and msgs respectively
