Disgusted - KENWOOD STEAM IRON

<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased this item on the 9th November and I received it this morning 15 November 2016. Upon opening the package I discovered that the box it came in was broken and filthy and the item looks used as the paint is coming off on the front and it is full of dust and sand.</p> <p>i asked them if they can advise if all their items are 2nd hand and why do they not mention that it is 2nd hand item?</p> <p>I can’t see why I will have to pay for shipping charges as I received this in good faith that there would be nothing wrong with the item.</p> <p>Awaiting their response.</p> <p> </p>
