<p>We live in a complex. We do pay high levies every month. Whenever there's something to do at the complex, we are asked to pay a special levy. We are charged exorbitant amounts and are forced to pay it, otherwise the managing agent will charge us interest on that amount. Recently we were asked to pay R2500.00 per unit (12 units) for extension of fencing. The guy came in here and did a poor job. Their are gaps in the fencing, making it easier for ******* to get in. I haven't paid my amount as yet due to the poor workmanship. A few years back, painting was done and the Managing Agent assured us a 20 year Guarantee. Each unit holder had to pay R11000.00 (12 units) for this. It's only been a few years and the paint is fading and flaking in most areas. They are not mentioning anything about the guarantee and I'm sure they are going to ****** money from us again. Please help me</p>
