How a big company like vertical signs dont want to take resposiblity for giving their employee who does not have adrivers lincense a non road worthy car

Hi. last year on the 10 of march i was bumbed by a drunk driver. he was driving a company car h1 100. i opened the case as the police came to the scene. on monday i went to the compay to inform them about the damages of my car but the sacretary said the owner of the company was not available(vertical signs bloemfontein) so i left my contact details. and spoke with the secretary briefly and she also confirmed that the owner of the company knows that the guy who was driving the bakkie did not have a drivers lincense also. as he did not have one in the the scene and said he doesnot own one. the owner never contact me till today. its almost a year now i am borrowing cars to transport my family to school and work. around october i contacted one of the lawyers here in bloemfontein to help me with the matter. but still they are not responding to any of their letters Worse their car was not roadworthy
