Thank you for your quick response and the way you handled my niece who was very sick really touched me, from logging the call request for ambulance transportation to the hospital was out of this world. The assistance with the medical aid problem which we had when we arrived at the hospital was superb, you managed to get the authorisation hospital codes for us with no time. Your paramedics staff handled the whole process in a professional manner. Well done and keep it up !!!
