Blinds was Cleaned, Repaired and Damage

Blinds was removed, cleaned, repaired and installed by Versatile Blinds. At installation of blinds, I noticed that 2sets of horizontal blinds was not closing . I asked installers to investigate and to fix this problem. One installer damage 1set blinds when removing it. I immediately called Ricci and explained what was wrong. She said she shall call me on Monday . Wednesday the 3rd of February 2016 I called Ricci and asked when she will came so I can explain all detail and other errors on blinds. She arrived at my house 16H00 that same day. After showing an explaining to Ricci about the 2 sets of horizontal blinds not closing correctly, 1off damage (3 aluminium blades bend when removing by installer) and 1 st******* vertical blind with bad crinkle (Not correctly ironed after cleaning), she apologise and said she shall came and remove all faulty blinds and fix them. Ricci also explained that it was a mistake to send the two installers with out supervision. Ever since I called. On the 3rd March she just called and said there company having a investigation and then I received a E-mail telling me they under quoted for work to be performed and SORRY they can not fix or repair my blinds
