Verre: No service; extremely disappointing

I made an order of their Blue Light Blocking glasses. I received confirmation that they did deduct money from my bank account. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for the order. You send them an email and they do not respond. They don't even have a number on their website that you can call. I am beginning to think this is a carefully laid out **** website
