Unhappy customer

Good afternoon my name is Sibongile I bought a watch on an online shop called Verre made payment on the 5th of August I haven't heard any thing from them I paid 599 I don't know if the shop exists or not not even a follow to say they will email me when they deliver nothing.

I regret paying that money and buying a watch from them.
