Bad service

When this company advises themselves they say withdrawal takes 1 to 2 working days but to my surprise, I withdrew my winnings on Tuesday the 28th/ 06/2022 at around 8hr00 but as I write this review it’s almost more than 24hrs not even a single cent is been deposited into my banking account, so I wonder what is it that they mean when the say withdrawal are made easy and quick cause they approved my withdrawal same day of the 28th and funds were out of my trading account the following day of the 30th, tried to make several calls but people that i speak to keep on saying they will escalate my matter to the relevant department and that department will get back to me. But there is no response in what so ever. I mean like this is totally unacceptable. Bad service
