Totally Shocked

I booked an appointment for my little 6month old boy and arrived 5min late as I am a working mother and got horribly lost as well. I was rushed through the appointment and left feeling very uninformed regarding the medicine and information provided.

I then called two days later to enquire about the fee structure ( I thought the medicine was included) Understandable if I was wrong, but am I not aloud to query that? I then also mentioned how rushed I was made to feel. Dr Vernisha Moodley's mother (receptionist) said she would pass the message. An hour later I get an email cancelling my follow up DNA appointment (she has a sample of my sons hair!) basically saying she doesn't have time for this, I was late and thats why she rushed me. Find another homeopath she says.

All this because I dare say something about how I felt I was treated and questioned the pricing?? I am completely horrified how someone can run a practise in this manner.
