Words cannot express how grateful I am to Vernisha for the work she has done in resolving issues I’ve had for years with no doctors being able to tell me what’s going on. She really does go out of her way and above and beyond for her patients. I recommend her to friends, colleges and family both in SA and the USA.

I am South African but now live in Florida, USA. For the past 2 years I was battling an unknown type of dermatitis that presented itself like eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, numular eczema.. the list goes on. I went to countless dermatologists, allergists and doctors and no one could tell me what the cause was. I was told that eczema is common, but the issue for me was I didn’t have this problem before moving to Florida. What was I missing? I had multiple tests done including an allergy test, a skin biopsy and a gluten intolerance test. I changed my diet, pulled out all the carpet in my home (thinking it was dust), put a house water filtration system on (thinking it was water), countless money spent on pharmaceuticals to treat the excruciating pain and distressing itch. But no resolve. Then we had our first born. 4months after he was born, he started with the same symptoms. At this point I was at my wits end, feeling defeated and helpless. It was at this time that I went with my boy to SA to visit family. It was then when I was told about Vernisha as an option to get some answers.

I honestly didn’t think it was going to work as I didn’t have any luck with doctors in the US. I was amazed by the wealth of information she could give me from my dna sample. She could tell me if I had issues with my muscular structure, bone structure, nerve system, brain function, skin issues, joint problems, food sensitivities/allergies and potential parasites or virus’s the body was facing. I was blown away. Not only did we find out a bunch of other things but I finally had the answer to what was causing my skin issues and suppressing my immune system. It was a common mold spore found in Florida. When I went back to the US I had my home tested for mold and we found out that our AC unit was covered in the exact mold she found in my gut and lungs.

I now want my whole family to get tested and anyone I meet who has a healthcare issue. She’s just awesome! So humble and gracious, generous and kind. Just the kind of qualities you would want in a healthcare professional. She listens to you, which I find to be a rare commodity today.
