Tork Craft sells inferior tools

This company sells a inferior product:Tork Craft 5 piece ***** extractor set(TC SE06007).Stay away from this brand as it is supposed to be strong/hardened and specially designed to allow removal of stripped *****s.I bought the set to remove a sump ***** from my Mini car to do an oil change and the extractor broke off inside the ***** i was trying to remove.Now the engine needs to be removed and the aluminium engine part needs to be replaced at tens of thousands of rands. There is just no way to remove this broken extractor and the problematic *****, everything now needs to be replaced at tremendous cost to me.
