Won't be using Verminator Pest Control again

Had my house treated for fleas, had to call them a 2nd time as their product had no effect on eradicating the flea problem(Possibly did a bad job). After the 2nd treatment within a month, the issue was resolved. No more fleas for exactly shortly after the 6 month warranty was over(It's been around 6months and 2 weeks since their 2nd Warranty visit) . Now my house is infested with fleas once again. No cats have been allowed in the house (there is a cat I look after in the area which I feed but only outside) Now I have to fork out another R1750 to have the house treated again. They claim that this issue has never happened before and used the fact that I take care of a cat (which I permanently de-flea on a monthly basis) as to why their product could not work as effectively. Their product DID work, and I understand that the warranty is expired however I felt that a price negotiation could possibly have kept me as a client as I can't afford to pay R1750 every 6 months and 2 weeks.
