Verminator a Disgrace

I paid 100% up front for a out of control flea infestation, arranged to meet at 1pm on a Friday and closed my business early due to fumigation. 1 technician arrived at 4pm (after 5 phone calls to a CT head office) - to be told that he is alone to spray an 800 square meter factory and what was quoted as 1-1,5 hours now turned into 3 hours. I refused entry and arrangements were made again on Monday morning (still very disgruntled) to repeat last Fridays time and was promised two technicians to speed up the process. Today is Friday 12h30 and I get a call from Verminator in CT to say is it alright if the technician arrives 2,5 hours later than arranged with only one (1) technician and he should be done by 6pm. I have let staff go early again today - I have lost time, money and revenue.

If you are looking for an uncommunicative company who does not allow its technicians to contact their next customer (late or no pitch) - no follow up calls, sends emails the day before to advise if YOU are late or don't pitch they will not refund you any monies... No apologies offered at all, made to feel like an idiot with the only way of comm's is through their automated telephonic system.... Then Verminator is your go to company.

What astounds me is they are advertising on all major freeways and magazines etc etc and in the whole of the Gauteng region, they have two technicians in two cars to service us all.
