Called , made an appointment and the Call Center staff were tops.

They organized an appointment that suited me and even had time to discuss my pest invasion.

I wanted the service done as early as possible so i was quite pleased that Leon Kerspey ( Verminator Technician ) arrived an hour + before the appointment.

Very professional individual from start to finish, I must say, even respectfully asking permission to access certain parts of the residence.

He made sure to explain the pest control process and is quite clued up on products used.
