Randall and his partner (pity I forget his name) were both exceptionally polite, professional and efficient. What a pleasure to have guys conduct their work so well. In Cape Town you often don't have service providers arriving on time, these guys were 10 minutes early. I can't say enough about how positive our experience was. The 6 month guarantee is also a fantastic feature of their service and well worth the extra R300 odd relative to their competition.
