Laminin paints

I took my paint samples and bought paint when i sart paint i found they is a big deference between existing paint and the one they supp**** me with. I took it back to the shop they are refusing to take the opened ones. On the sealed ones the want to charge me 20% handling fee and to appear in seven days. Can someone please help me with this situation. My heart is bleeding
