Very unhappy with their services

Horrible service. Fail to communicate on time and they bill you with unnecessary legal fees for absolutely no reason. They fail to show my proof of when my rental account fell into arrears. I don’t mind paying but I need to know for which month, cause I’ve been paying with no fail. Now I see I’m just paying legal fees and administration fees instead of the actual rent.
