This is the worst rental company ever!!!! I HAVE TWO TODDLERS AT HOME BECAUSE OF LOCKDOWN. They have cut off our electricity supply since last week Friday. In fact they have been switching off the electricity almost every month!!! Today we contacted Jo-ann barvik from the rental agency and she refused to assist.. And I don't understand how PREPAID SYSTEM CAN BE CUT OFF!!! BEING THE Agent FOR THE UNIT HOW CAN JO-ANN REFUSE TO ASSIST US WITH ANY EXPLANATION OR REASON.

Mr DEWALD VERMAAK WAS DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE.. HE ALSO REFUSES TO ANSWER HIS PHONE OR EVEN REPLY TO MESSAGES!!!
