Veritas Insurance Brokers *******s

I have taken a policy with Veritas Insurance Brokers. And in my policy there is surge protection cover. I have a incident were I had multiple power failures and thunder and lightning. One of my appliance got effected by this. I have the relevant references for the power failures. I was told to get a report which I did from a reputable service provider. He can and tested the unit and confirmed that it was the power failures and lightning that effected the appliance. Handed the claim through and the insurance company Veritas Insurance Brokers sent their own guy. He came look and took the photos of the fridge did no testing and came to a conclusion there is nothing wrong. How can you test with your eyes. This guy is either a genius of stupid. Now the insurance company does not want to honour the claim at all. Veritas INSURANCE BROKER just wants the money but cannot honour their part. More so they claim that they are not concerned about the power failures. So why you pay if they can't pay. People watch out on insurance companies like this, they promise you everything when you take the policy but cannot live up to it.
