Beware when dealing with Gracious Tsitsi Mujuru & Prince Hunda of Veritas by Gracious (curated spaces)

This business is operated by a Zimbabwean couple in South Africa, Gracious Tsitsi Mujuru and Prince Hunda. They rented a residential house from me in Thornton, Cape Town and *******ly run a workshop/manufacturing business (making decorative pillows, couches and doing upholstery) from the garage and were evicted from my property by The High Court in March 2026. The day before the eviction hearing, they started moving out in the dark of the night and did not appear in court. Upon leaving the property, they left all their junk from their workshop business in my garage, they left my house with burned floors and even loosened/damaged the burglar bars. They left without providing a legal address for communication. When visiting the social media pages for this business, you would never be able to tell that this is the improper manner in which this couple conducts themselves (don't judge a book by its cover) - beware of any dealings with them. I will be making use of the South African courts to hold them accountable for the terrible condition they left my property in.
