Complaint : Delays & Errors In Finalising Estate

I am very dissatisfied with the way my mothers estate was handled. I won't give all the details on this review but I sincerely hope that someone contacts me urgently . I sent a complaint last Monday and not one person from Veritas responded. Your Estate Administrator has not given me feedback on a question I asked yesterday either . Because of an internal error. I am disadvantaged and no one cares in the least. I know that BOE is a small fiduciary and this complaint might even reach the very person I that my issue involves. But my experience in the almost 7 years that this has been going on for , is that no one cares. I have been more than patient until now.
