Poor Service, Arrogant Attitude and Ghosting Clients
Veristic accounting was contracted to do the account for our company. Upfront payment was request and we paid 50% to start the process. The balance of payment was then requested, and we paid a further 25%. They started on the work but not much was done. when followed up for progress, they didn't respond to the numerous calls and emails. then we were ghosted. After tracking them down they sent explosive emails and calls. Then ghosted us again. We emailed cancellation of their services and requested a refund. No response and once again ghosted.
