ZERO After Sales service

Brought a vacumcleaner from you and am happy with it. The only problem one of the wheels broke so I when to one of your direct stores to buy a new wheel. They had no stock and informed me they might no be able to get me a wheel as there is no guarentee they will be able to help me t all. All four Verimark product I have brought over the years I have no after sales service ZERO. I had to end up throwing the products away.
