i would like to commend the branch helper in the cradlestone branch for going the extra mile with parts we required on a product today. she made sure we got the right piece and demonstrated how to replace. unlike the people in the key west branch that made us return 3 times and not do extra effort to obtain the part.. thank ou for accomodating us at cradle stone, you have a regular buyer from today onwards,
