Worst service ever dont believe their promise

Had a big pan and pot never had a recoating done before. December took it in to be recoated the glen never had sent me to mall of the south. Got there paid for the 2 heavy pots to be recoated then handed me 2 thin light pan and pot. I said they lighter then was told thats what we get now. I still joke saying well if i hid my husband on the head i wont go up for ****** as this is so light wont hurt him. I put it in the kitchen never used it. The glen verimark said they should have send it away for recoating will wait 6 weeks why werent i inform of that. Phone their office i said i would take mine back as it never had a coating from them at all before. Was told impossible they get 1000 so how would they know its mine. I was taken for a ride with their after service. Will never buy from them again as they wont even allow me to speak to a manager
