Worst Sercive by verimark on Genisis Cyclovac product ever and no money back gaurentee

I purchased a vacuum cleaner, Genisis cyclovac , from verimark inside game Centurion mall in March 2019.The vac was used three times after purchase and taken back in April 1019 after it had stopped working from only operating on a single carpet and the car.Up till today after taking the machine back i have not received it or a refund back.The verimark person was realy not intrested in keeping me as customer satisfied
