Whats going on Verimark...What operation are you guys running

Called Verimark in checkers and spoke to Mtokozizi who said that a laptop we bought there could be returned at Game verimark.When we got there the associate that worked there said we couldnt return it he then tried to call his supervisor Mvundla or Mvusi to find out however he couldnt get through,He then told me to speak to another supervisor Nabeel who after speaking to him found out that hes not a supervisor... i then asked for the regional because i have a staff member from checkers verimark who misled me and gave me the wrong info and another Game Verimark staff who **** and put me through to a **** supervisor...i then called a guy named Mahommed from operations but no one answered....Its quite clear operations doesnt exist on weekends yet they should be on standby anyway 30 min later i get a called from Mtokozizi saying he is sorry he thought we could take it there. I then asked him to get his supervisor to caĺl me a Mr Jacobs and he said i would get a call but as you can clearly see operations is not available once again and no call....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE FOR NOTHING.
