Watch out for Verimark Mall of The South and their repairs People

Very very dissapointed in Verimark.... Bought a Genesis iron.... think a year ago... fine couldnt find my slip now that the R699 Iron doesnt work... so i i took it for repair they called damage is R340 Paid the R340 Saterday 14 November2020 Teusday today 17 November plug iron for the first time smoke comes out and after that dead again.... i call them they tell me about the repairs people *** is the nr my invoice nr 82287 ... i must now call verimark then their repairs people with my airtime and i must ride up and down with my petrol to take the iron back to verimark again! They never told me all this when i fetched my iron and paid .... i told them i dont want nothing to do with them or their repairs people who says they want to investigate imagine... R340 down the drain airtime and petrol i couldve have took the R340 put buy with the airtime spent calling ad petrol going again to verimark Mall of the South in Johannesburg and bought a brandnew iron with a 2 year guarantee! I just want my R340 back! Verimark Mall of The South youll service guys really
