Warranty not honnored and no service delivery

Verimark very very bad!!! I bought a new floorwiz mop in december 2021. The mop broke now in august 2022. On the 26 august 2022 i visited verimark at menlyn and Nkateko Hlatywayo who was very rude grabbed his name tag off and just told me he is not he is not exchanging it because the waranty is on the bucket only and not the mop. When i asked him if i can have his name as he is rude he refused to give it. Then he phones the manager Francesco Keenia to assist. He was very professional and calm. While the other one still didnt want to assist. Francesco Keenia said that the warranty is now not on the bucket but on the mechanism. I asked him why we werent informed about this as it does not reflect on the box or slip. He said that when selling the product the sales person assisting you must tell the customer. I explained that no one explained anything to me and that it still does not explain why the warrenty on the box says a year but then its not covered. He said we must contact head office to sort it out as they cant assist us in any way possible. He Francesco was very helpfull and professional while Nkateko Hlatywayo just jumped around not wanting to assist us at all. I asked if he is not going to apologise for his way in treating us ans he refused. Francesco Keenia had given me his name and surname as he refused to. I feel **** to and verimaek should first make sure that the customer knows what is covered under warranty. This is totally unacceptable for a customer to not be informed of what they buying. Then their staff is so uninformed as well. Nkateko also mentioned that i cant use the mop for 6 months and then bring it back for an exchange which is utter nonsense. I will be advising other people not to buy verimarks products as they just takes the money with a sale and then we as customers sit with a broken product which reflects clearly on the box ONE YEAR WARRENTY. I'm digusted. And their sales people specifically Nkateko Hlatywayo wont appologise. Never ever buying a product from verimark.
