Vssage Total Body Massager from Verimark

In 2021 I bought a Vssage Total Body Massager from Verimark , in the beginning of 2022 the machine started making a very loud vibrating noise not very normal sound at all but I still had to use the machine due to Competing in powerlifting as I use the machine for muscle recovery , so on 30/06/2022 i decided to take it in for warranty it is now 05/08/2022 and i still have not heard anything about my warranty on the machine every time phone they just give me a different excuse all the time and today i phoned yet again and i was told that it was only sent away last week which was probably 25/07/2022 why does it sit there for a whole month before it gets shipped away to be assessed i mean its unprofessional to the highest grade , they must either replace it or they must refund me and i will gladly go and buy one somewhere else its the worst service i have ever had
