Very dissatisfied

After 5 weeks, I decided to collect my Hydrovac from the Verimark store in Mooirivier Mall, Potchefstroom. It was standing in the store room. Gathering dust. I will find someone to fix my machine privately. Definitely the last time I buy from your company. I LOVE my Hydrovac but unfortunately Verimark has ZERO customer service.
