VERMIMARK BAD SERVICE

We purchased a vacuum cleaner from Verimark a couple of years back. I have had it in for repairs twice within that time (motor needed replacing) Again on the 6th of Jan this year it stopped working. I took it into the store at Hillcrest Corner log the fault and left it with them. It is now the 30th of January. I ave not heard a word regarding a quotation or any feedback on the repairs. I have phoned and personally been into the store 3 times and no-one can even tell me what the status is. When the employees phone the service centre, they are put on hold or on tea-break. I have also bought several mops two of which are new and within a couple of months the plastic pins that hold the sponge on the mops have fallen out. I will never ever buy another Verimark product again!!! Terrible service and for what you pay, it is not even cheap, but very nasty
