Vermark not honouring guarantees
I bought a Genisis Cyclo Vac from Verimark SomersetMall. On the box it states 1 year guarantee. After about 8 months the wheels of the suction head started falling out. Now Verimark says the guarantee is only on the motor!! This is totaly misleading the customers so you must think twice before buying from Verimark because they do not honor their guarantees!!

So consumers can not trust the guarantees supp**** with their products as they juggle themselves out of it when it comes to claiming.
