Verimark’s uselessness

I bought a Genesis upright Vac on 2020/06/04. A month later on 2020/07/20 I had to take it in aa it stopped working and the filter section just broke. The ladies at the Killarney store was very rude telling me that I broke it it my fault and I will have to send it for repair. It came back and lasted a month. I had to take it back again today 14/09/2020. Same noise same issue. Now the machine is going to stand there for a week before it will be collected. They only collect on Mondays and I missed todays collection. The manager tells I told you it must be here. She is the rudest person I ever dealt with. As for the customer Manager at Verimark, Patricia, she is not much better. I phoned her on Thursday 10/09/2020 to ask for help and inform her about the story. She said she will see if someone is in the area to come and collect my vacuum cleaner from my house. Never heard from her. Phoned her this morning 14/09/2020. She does not even recall taking to me. Useless service and Genesis **** brand
