Verimarks products are HUGELY disappointing
I purchased a vacuum cleaner in 2021, used it once and it stopped working. I took it in to Pick n pay and they sent it to Verimark saying it was a faulty unit and replaced it in 2022. I used the new machine once and again it did the same thing. I took it in again and now Verimark phoned me to tell me they will repair at a cost thats nearly the price of purchasing a new one. I demanded that a manager phone me back. Today the 6th Dec is a week and still no one has contacted me. Hugely disappointed in the service received and the product. I told the lady that i only use the vacuum to clean my mattress thus it not being used regularly. However depsite that how can i only use it once and it stops working. I told the lady to throw the brand new machine in the bin as its wasted money especially in the days we living in.

Your rights regarding the CPA
If your goods show a defect after the initial 6-month period but are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, Verimark will send the goods to the manufacturer for repair and the manufacturer will decide whether you have a valid claim and if so, whether they will repair or replace.If the goods become defective once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we can arrange with the manufacturer or its agent to repair them. No repairs will be done without you approving a quotation first.
Please note your vacuum cleaner is out of guarantee, therefore, a quotation has to be presented.
