Verimark's bad customer service

what a BAD service i am currently receiving from Verimark. i got thier rensponse in this platform that someone will call me back and provide me with the status of by pots/ confirm the exchange and delivery, even today i am still waiting for their call. every time i call the head office i get the same feedback/response. @Verimark, i am so dissaponted
