Verimark very unresponsive

I have been using Verimark's Floorwizpro mops for many years with out any problems. However, recently over a period of three months I had to buy replacement sponges on three occasions. The sponges were tearing along the entire upper-length. I reported the matter to Verimark on their website. A week later, not having received a response, I sent a reminder. A further week has now passed with out a reply, or the courtesy of an acknowledgement receipt.

One thing is very clear, Verimark does not care very much for customer relations
