Verimark - Unreliable product and Terrible customer service

I've purchased the Genesis vacum in Sept 2022, in Jan 2023 a clip broken, I had given it to verimark, they sent it for repairs on 05th Jan, 26th Jan still no update and I went to the store only to be told that they are doing a stock take and I would need to wait for 2 weeks so I logged my issue here on helloPeter and miraculously a second had part showed up at the store the next day.

In May the vacum stopped folding and cannot be used, 15 May I took it in to the store and to Date the vacum is still at the store.

Verimark, I'd like to know what ur excuse is this time for the pathetic service you offer to your customers. And why is this product so fragile. Everything seems to break, bits at a time. I'd like some feedback on my vacum or a refund. This vacum was purchased to make my life easier instead in 7 months of having it, its been for repairs for 2 months. Such an inconvenience and I would not recommend or purchase another product from you.
